WHAT FOUNDING CLIENTS GET

A real website, plus a clear plan to keep it running.

The build is free. Hosting and ongoing care are a separate monthly service, with the price and inclusions shown before you decide.

KEEPING YOU ONLINE

Choose monthly care that fits.

Every website has infrastructure costs to keep it online. Newmyer.co bundles those services into plans to keep your costs low and predictable for both hosting and ongoing care. Pick the level of support you want. You can change or cancel at any time.

  • One point of contact

Gold

More attention, more often.

$100 /mo

For busy shops with specials, events, or new photos.

  • Everything in Regular
  • Weekly site reporting
  • Minor edits turned around within 24 hours
  • Google Business Profile posts and updates

Domain registration or renewal is a separate cost if you need a new domain. I’ll confirm the price before purchase. No setup fees. No contracts.

DIY VS DONE FOR YOU

You can build it yourself.

Or have the setup and upkeep handled.

A DIY builder can be a good fit if you want to do the setup and maintenance yourself. If you would rather spend that time running the business, compare the costs and responsibilities side by side.

HOW IT WORKS

Clear Steps. No surprises.

  1. Tell me about the business.

Share what you do and what customers need to find.

  2. Plan the pages and pick your domain.

We settle what goes on the site before work starts. Already have a domain? I'll connect it. Need one? I'll help you find it.

  3. Review the site, then decide.

Look over the finished build and approve the plan before it goes live.

FAIR QUESTIONS

Free build. Clear monthly costs.

The offer is straightforward. Here’s what the free build includes, what the monthly plan covers, and what remains yours.

  • Why is the website build free?

Newmyer.co is taking on its first founding clients. In return for the free build, I ask for honest feedback and a short review once your site is live. I’ll confirm that with you before we begin.

  • What does “free website build” mean?

There’s no one-time design and build charge for an approved founding-client project. A monthly plan is still needed for hosting costs and ongoing care, starting at $60/month. Domain registration and renewal are separate if you need a new domain.

  • What’s included in the build?

The founding offer includes a custom, mobile-friendly website with three core pages, typically Home, About, and Contact. Before work starts, we’ll agree on the pages and content. Features such as online ordering, booking, memberships, or custom integrations aren’t included unless we specifically agree to them. Any additional work is discussed and approved before it begins.

  • What does the monthly plan cover?

Regular is $60/month and includes managed hosting, security and uptime monitoring, monthly reporting, minor edits, and one point of contact. Gold is $100/month and adds weekly reporting, faster minor edits, Google Business Profile posts and updates, and a quarterly check-in.

  • Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes. There’s no contract or cancellation fee, and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, Newmyer.co hosting and support stop. You can take the site with you; to keep it online, you’ll need another hosting option and will need to arrange its costs and setup with that provider.

  • Can I take my website with me if I cancel?

Yes. I can transfer the site to a Duda account you control. When the transfer is complete, the site is unpublished and the Newmyer.co plan ends. To put it back online, you’ll need to choose and pay for a Duda site subscription through your account, then republish it. After the transfer, you manage the site and any future edits. There’s no Newmyer.co cancellation fee. Duda’s transfer rules apply, and contact-form responses may not transfer.

  • Is the domain included?

The monthly plan includes domain management, not the domain’s registration or renewal fee. If you already have a domain, I can connect it. If you need one, it will be registered in your name. I’ll help find an option, confirm the price with you, and coordinate the connection.

  • Who can apply?

The offer is for North Carolina businesses. I’ll learn what you need and confirm whether it fits the services I provide. If it isn’t a fit, I’ll be straightforward and point you toward a better option when I can.

We got it.
